STD FRAME – CLS 40mm x 90mm C16. (Dry Graded) – As standard

ROOF – Genuine ONDULINE roof (Grey) 15 year guarantee. For alternative roofing colour and options speak to a member of sales when enquiring.

PURLINS – CLS 40mm x 100mm C16. (Dry Graded)

FRAMING FIXINGS – Heavy duty twin thread Zinc 100mm fixings & 100mm ring shank framing nails.

PLINTH/RING BEAM – 40mm x 90mm – Matured high pressure treated Redwood sleepers to ensure maximum life span and substantial floor support.

CLADDING

EXTERIOR CLADDING – Half-lap SHEDBOX profile – Imported Scandinavian Red Wood TREATED – 22mm – Applied with 40mm ring-shank coil nails. We manufacture horizontal or virticle cladded panels depending on your design requirement.



PLINTH KIT

Ensures full life of shed by lifting framing timbers off the ground) – Pressure treated red wood ring-beam machined to fit your specific building size.



ROOF BOARDING

11mm 2397 x 1197 Kronospan OSB3 – This ensures a tight seal prior to laying the roofing sheets. Significant structural benefits to building rigidness and roof sheets support.



FLOORING

18MM Floor with tanalised load bearing support timbers

(18mm boarding as standard)

ANCHORING

Ground anchor kit – (Thunder bolts concrete screws secured into the concrete 175mm mm fixings) – Secures building to the concrete floor & now means the building can be damp sealed – Ask for more information. Ground anchor kits are required on all porch/overhang upright posts to ensure position fixture.



FRAME SHIELDING & PROTECTION

A breathable membrane fabric that is stretched over the frame before the external cladding is applied. This is an ideal option if your looking for less damp and condensation throughout there different seasons.

Made of high density polyethylene fibres for long-term protection against the elements. This durable, lightweight breathable membrane is windtight and water resistant and designed for use in new build, refurbishment or extension projects.

What happens once I have ordered and paid for the product?

You will receive a message/email outlining your order confirmation and details within 48hrs..

Do you have your products ready for collection?

No, all are products are built to order so each order is tailor made for that person. But if you do want to collect to save on delivery just let us know and we can get one ready.

Can I make modifications or request a different size?

We do offer a bespoke build service as well as our standard sizes you can either contact us via the eBay messaging service or by calling us on 07469 206642 We are flexible in sizing your building.

For example we build a range starting at 4 x 6ft all the way up to a 16.8 x 60ft and any option In between. Regarding the front panels any option you require.

Please advise when placing your order.

Can I specify a certain date or time for delivery?

If you let us know your delivery details such as a window of dates we will always try to work towards them.

How does the product get delivered?

The product 99% of the time is delivered on a flatbed vehicle or large transit van. It comes in cut length form that is constructed on site. Machined roof apex’s are used on all buildings.

What are your payment terms

Payment information

To confirm and secure delivery/fitting a 50% deposit is required on the date of order. We collect the final figure after satisfied completion before the fitters leave site.
